Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla, and baking soda. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden. Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
