No-Bake Cheesecake Cups
Ingredients:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Fresh fruit or pie filling for topping
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into the bottom of serving cups, pressing down to form a crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust in the cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set. Top with fresh fruit or pie filling before serving.
