No-Bake Cheesecake Cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Fresh fruit or pie filling for topping

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
  2. Spoon the mixture into the bottom of serving cups, pressing down to form a crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust in the cups.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set. Top with fresh fruit or pie filling before serving.
