Chocolate Lava Cakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup flour

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease ramekins.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter together.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, yolks, and sugar until thick.
  4. Mix in chocolate, then fold in flour. Pour into ramekins and bake for 12-14 minutes.
