Chocolate Lava Cakes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup flour
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease ramekins.
- Melt chocolate and butter together.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, yolks, and sugar until thick.
- Mix in chocolate, then fold in flour. Pour into ramekins and bake for 12-14 minutes.
